How do I organize my event?

Organizing your event is made effortless with our expert assistance. Once we understand your vision, our experienced team can help you plan every detail, ensuring a seamless and memorable occasion. How does payment work?

The rental fee is settled through a three-part payment plan with specified timeframes. Upon contract confirmation, an initial payment of 30% is required. One month prior to the charter date, the next 30% is due, with the remaining 40% to be settled seven days before the charter date. Payments can be conveniently made via bank wire. Optional services can be paid either in advance or at the conclusion of the event, and you can coordinate this with your designated point of contact.

What if I need to cancel my event?

In the event of unfavorable weather and sea conditions, the charter may be rescheduled to a new date or modified with a different itinerary, subject to agreement between the Lessee and the Charterer.

Should circumstances make it impossible to proceed with the charter, resulting in cancellation, the Charterer will receive a full refund of the entire amount already paid.

However, if the Charterer initiates the cancellation, the following charges will apply:

  • A 30% charge of the charter fee for cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled charter date.
  • A 50% charge of the charter fee for cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled charter date.
  • A 100% charge for cancellations occurring less than 7 days before the scheduled charter date.
